A celebrated tattoo artist for over 20 years, Rodrigo Melo specialises in traditional Japanese style work and recently published a book on the subject. Born in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil he began tattooing in 1997 and opened the shop, North Star Tattoo, in the Lower East Side of New York in 2007.
